Joys of HR. Yes there are other buffers.
Don't know of other buffer refreshers - try your HR consultant.

 Jocelyn,

Are there other buffers that refresh at midnight that SWU_OBUF
does not. I have experienced numerous instances where the midnight
magic appears to resolve issues that SWU_OBUF seems not to. If so, can
the midnight refresh be forced at other time?

Thanks

Mike, That's not 4.7 that's buffers - remember automatically refreshed
at midnight system time.
So use SWU_OBUF if you are changing agent assignments, tasks, workflows
frequently.

<grumble> .. or perhaps to just leave it overnight. This was an older
development which is currently undergoing a second round of formal
testing.
It works fine today, restesting on the same docs/events is fine..
reevaluating the rules on yesterdays flows still fails.

Does not compute... I think Parag's technical description of 'classic
4.7
instability' is the most accurate.

I will ignore yesterday completely.. it was a Monday and Mondays are
bad. It
works today and so it shall be documented.

I am sane.

Thanks both for your feedback,
Cheers
Mike
