Workflow log that Increase all the time

I think that SAP not reccomended to use tcode SWWL in production system.

Hi all,
 
I looking for transaction that delete or decrease the file
"WF_LOG_0000000000XX_XXX" from our disk (the disk now (85%).
In the past I deleted the file by transaction in SAP but now I didn't
found it.
 
any help?
