Parked Document Workflow - Error in 2nd Release

Here's how we designed the process for the workflow...

All single-level, two-level and three-level amount release workflow
templates contain the task TS00007914 (Release amount). When I assigned
the agent on the workflow template, no work item is sent to the agent.
But when I assigned the agents (Acctg Supervisor, Acctg Manage and
Finance Manager) to the task, all 3 agents received a work item.
 
On single-level amount release, it works fine. But when it comes to
2-level and 3-level amount release, it doesn't work.
 
What should I do? Should the agents be assigned to the task or to the
template level?

You might want to speak to your functional consultant. With release you
have different release groups that can be configured. That means when
the first approver releases, he releases e.g. group 1. That does not
mean the invoice is released however its available for the second stage
release If this config is not set up then you will surely run into
trouble.

Hello everyone!
 
I've configured Workflor for Releasing and Posting Parked Documents. For
the single-level amount release, it's working fine. But for the
two-level amount release, I get this error on the second release.=20
 
=20       "Work item could not be accepted (->function canceled)
=20        Message no. WO 529"
 
Am I missing something?
