Objects automaticaly attached

Hi All,
 
 
 
I am implementing the time sheet approval through CATS. And it creates one
object for CATS and one for EMPLOYEET that goes in _WI_OBJECT_ID and
Employee. When I look in my inbox, I get these two objects in the preview
panel under <Objects and Attachments>. Is there a way to not see them as
part of the attachments? This is because there is no use to have them there
for the users.
 
 
 
I am using 4.6C and the portal with the UWL.
