Subject: Workflow graphic not been displayed

Hi all,

I am trying to display the Workflow in graphic mode but it doesn't work!!=

If I try to display it via SWDD, it only shows the workflow in Modeling
View "Alphanumeric (List)" --> to see the same thing that I am seeing, go=

to SWDD, Menu Path Extras > Options and then change Modeling View to
"Alphanumeric (List)". I tried to change to "Graphical (Network)" but
nothing happens...i.e. the "Graphical (Network)" option is not saved and =
I
can't see the workflow in graphic mode.

If I go to the Workflow Log and select the graphic button I get the
following message: "Graphical workflow log cannot be started"; if I click=

the help button for that message I get the following explanation:

Message No. WD039

Diagnosis
You are calling the graphical workflow log, but not using SAP GUI for
Windows

System Response
The graphical workflow log is only available under Microsoft Windows usin=
g
SAP GUI for Windows.

Procedure
Use a workplace with SAP GUI for Windows, or use the standard workflow
log.

Any ideas?? I am positive I am using SAP GUI for Windows!

We are running 6.20

Much thanks and regards,

Cristiana
