Workitems Texts in Logon Language

A good start would be to create them in the logon language.
Log on in each language you want the texts to be translated to and change
the work item text and description.
Afterwards you can maintain the description from any logon (the language
dropdown will be populated with available languages), but not the work item
text.
 
There is also another way of doing it, as discussed in this forum recently.

The workitem texts are created in English. I want the texts to be
