word document as document template

We run on 4.7 SAP sys. I created a workflow with a few  decision task  now my customer ask to add a word document that will appears in every  decision task  without using the attachment button by the user (the customer don t want that users will use import file as attachment). I need that in the first  decision task  it s will contain the document and the user can change it.
