UWL Confirmation

I have used this approach at sites.
After the user rejects, next step is a SELFITEM.NOTE_CREATE step asking them to enter a reason.
Make sure your work item instructions give enough detail so they know what it was they just rejected as the rejection step is now past.  Encourage your users to use the preview option of the UWL so that they see the work item instructions as soon as they select the work item.

   Curious on how others are doing this...Using the Portal UWL for
ESS, we need the User to give a Reason when choosing the Rejection
choice in a User Decision step. Doesn't look like 'Comfirm End of
Processing' works with Portal UWL like in GUI, so attached note can
be created on popup confirmation.
