UWL Confirmation

All,
 
   Curious on how others are doing this...Using the Portal UWL for
ESS, we need the User to give a Reason when choosing the Rejection
choice in a User Decision step. Doesn't look like 'Comfirm End of
Processing' works with Portal UWL like in GUI, so attached note can
be created on popup confirmation.
