Ad Hoc Agent

Maorriyan,
Ad hoc agents is a way of choosing agents for a work item.
It doesn't matter how you choose the agents, if there is only one work item and it is sent to more than one agent, as soon as the work item (i.e. the SINGLE piece of work) is completed it is removed from all agents inboxes.

If you want multiple pieces of work, each piece of work sent to a different agent, then you need multiple work items.
Regards,
Jocelyn

Subject: Ad Hoc Agent

Hi all.
I made a adhoc agent task using wizard and it's
working. When user select several agent (let say agent
A,B and C), notification goes to A,B and C as well.
But when agent A execute the notification, the others
notification that sitting in Agent B and C inbox
dissapear. Is this the way how adhoc agent works? What
I want to is, when agent A is executing the
notification, the others notification is still remain.
Like the fork step do.

regards,
