Hello,
the data is entered in table SWDSTEXT. In the right version also.
The problem is I think that he has only one master language for the =
buttons.
When I activate swdd logged on in french he sets all buttons to french.
Thnks for the help
Dimitri

I would suggest taking a look at the workflow book from SAP at section=20
7.5.8. I had experienced similar translation problem on a decision step =

in a template recently. I traced into the program and looked into the=20
SWDSTEXT table. When translation is done in SE63 the changes are saved=20
only in version 9999 of the target language of the template in this =
table.=20
 The active version of the template is not changed. I had to do the=20
translation in the workflow builder. Then the changes are saved in =
active=20
version of the target language of the template in this table. And=20
everything worked fine.

Per my understanding, the version 9999 in this table is for transporting =

to QA/PRD system and active version is for local use. I tried to use =
the=20
"Compare text with transport version" function in the Extra->Translation =

menu in the workflow builder but it did not work.

Hope this helps. By the way we are also in 4.6C.

Regards,
Jiann-nan (Daniel) Che

It has been a while since I used a standard decision task, but aren't =
the
texts stored in the container? If so, they will always have the language =

of
the work item creator.

Hi Dimitri,

Did you try by (re)activating your workflow in the workflow builder. Try =

it
in the both languages.

Hi Miguel,
I tried the logon/logoff already and it did not help.
Any other idea?
Dimitri

Hi Dimitri,

try this first:
Go to your SAP Buisness workplace. Menu:Settings-->workflow
settings-->Personal settings -->in the window check the line "Display
work item in logon language". Then logoff, logon with your second
language and test. It's possible to make this setting default for all
users with a bit of custo.

Hello,
I'm back concerning the translations. I checked the OSS and found note
214388 (User decision in logon language)
The solution is supposed to correct everything but it seems to correct
only the translation of the Work-item texts (which is already a step
forward)
The user decision option buttons are still shown in the implementation
language an not in the user language.
The corrections suggested by the OSS are installed also.
I'm a little bit out of options here so any advice would be helpful
By the way we are on 4.6C.
Thank you very much in advance
Dimitri
