Take a look on OSS Note# 602288 and 571302.
 
Also make sure that all your tasks have been activated and transported.

Hi all
 
Our system is currently displaying the following error: WD401 "Workflow
XXX does not exist in version XXX'
 
We've accumulated a number of these errors and I'm wondering whether an
SAP utility is available to restart these workflows after this error.
 
I'd greatly appreciate any feedback on this query.
