Creation o Custom Change document object

Abhinesh,
 
After generating the update programs, you need to write the change document
from the application( probably a user exit ), which you expect to raise a
change document . Then only you will be able to an event raised from it.

Hi ,
 Can any one tel me the steps to create a custum change document object, i
tried but t d'nt work.
 
this is how i tried ,
 created a Change doc object and entered the the custom table , and
generated the update program ......
 
when i tried attaching a event and change the content of table..it d'nt
work ....
