internet incomapitable task

Hi,
 
In EBP 3.5, i have created an approval task using FORM and HTML
PROCESS method. When approver tries to execute the WI, I get an error
msg with "Task TS900007926 has no internet-copatible transaction".
 
My understanding is that I do not require a web transaction (web
enables)task when using FORM and HTML process.
 
The task is copied from another custom task and the copied from task
works fine in web.
 
Any help is highly appreciated.
