Exception in link of sap mail

Hi everybody,
 
i don't know if this is a workflow problem:
Some users who get a sap mail with a link to QM03 can't open the link =
and some others can open it although everybody has authorization to =
QM03.
The users that cannot open it get the message: "Exception in method =
BUS2078".
BUS2078 is the rigth object type for QM03, but i don't know if a link in =
a sap mail has something to do with thw object types ???
 
Does anybody know what this could be?
