Event PDOTYPE_S created not being raised since 4.7

H=E9l=E8ne,
 
=46or PD objects (like positions) workflow events=20
are generated in form EVENT_CREATE in file=20
LRHAPFWF, rather than in function HR_EVENT_CREATE=20
which is where events for PA objects are=20
generated.  If you put a breakpoint at the top of=20
form EVENT_CREATE, you should be able to debug=20
and perhaps figure out why your event is not=20
getting generated.
