Change an attribut of an object reference

Hi workflow experts,
 
i think this question is stupid but i don't know at the moment how to =
change the value of an attribut of an object reference.
I want to change the attribut 'NAME' of objecttype WF_DOC.
I tried:
MOVE test_element TO object-NAME.
But the system says: Element NAME not known.
I also tried to create a new object reference but i didn't work.
 
So how can i change an attribut of a reference?
