Of course SAP doesn't recommend this approach (Sorry Jocelyn!) but if you
look inside the WAPI, its really only 2 calls to 2 different FMs... Just
call those FMs directly passing in the User ID.

The function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST shows a list of my current work
items. The problem is that it assumes the user id that is running it. i.e.
