Hmmm, sounds like a case for 'the advantages of subworkflows'.... Yes, =
I've
been through similar pain. I think it was a case where WF failed to =
actually
create the step - no step meant no restart. It wasn't pretty.....
 
A thought: Maybe you can create a small temporary flow which models the =
rest
of the process. Put that into prd, kick it off for your stuck ones, =
which you
can then cancel.
