Kris,
As an inbox aimed at casual users, UWL supports easy access to a limited set of functions.
However almost the full set of functions can generally be accessed by using the button "View Detail in SAPGUI".

The UWL features are being expanded over time, the next support pack EP 6.0 SP3 expected a little later this year supports reserve, replace, forward in easy access mode. Currently (EP 6.0 SP2) these features are available via
"View Detail in SAPGUI".

Easy display of attachments is currently supported in UWL. EP 6.0 SP3 will also an indication of the number of attachments to a work item.

Creation of attachments is currently only possible via "View Detail in SAPGUI".

If you expect a lot of attachment creation via the work item you may want to consider using the UWL configuration to add your own feature to do this, or add attachment creation as a separate step.

Regards,
Jocelyn

It was found that the CRM activities show up on portal in a different iview
than in the UWL.
The iview is under HOME workset called Today's Activities.

Does UWL supports all the functionality of a business workplace like
Reserve, replace, forward, attach etc. ?

Regards,
Kris.
