Universal worklist question

It was found that the CRM activities show up on portal in a different iview
than in the UWL.
The iview is under HOME workset called Today's Activities.

Does UWL supports all the functionality of a business workplace like
Reserve, replace, forward, attach etc. ?

Regards,
Kris.
