Hi Simone,
This was offered using the GUI for Windows in earlier releases but was =
not
a success so it is no longer offered.=20

The most significant problem being the different user interfaces that =
such
an inbox needs to support (ITS, WebDynpro, iView...).

This is why the Browser-based Universal Worklist was developed.=20

There's plenty of help in the service marketplace (alias bpms), online
documentation and of course SAPinsideronline.com.

Best regards,
Alan Rickayzen

Hello Jeroen,

the grouping seems to be a good idea - thanks a lot !
But - how can I read Workitems from a remote system and display it in my
local Inbox ?

I would like to have ONE view for all Workitems in all systems ... =
without
Internet-possibilities..

Can you help again ?
best regards
Simone

Hi Simone,

Probably the easiest (but not the only solution) is to use the workitem
grouping functionality. Have a look at the documentation, you need to
assign a custom object to the _wi_group_id parameter of your dialogue
workitems. This will then create separate 'inboxes' in your 'grouped
according to sort key' area of the SAPgui inbox.

Do a search on _wi_group_id in
http://help.sap.com/content/docu/core/cont_core_46C.htm.

Hth,

Jeroen

Hello all,

We are in Release 4.6. No ITS, no Internet-Portal.

Is there a possibility to have one Inbox for local and for remote
Workitems
from another system ?
Best regards
Simone
