User Decisions

Hi all
 
Is there anyone out there that has had an issue with the display of user =
decisions in the portal coming from R/3 ?
In R/3 you the decision is displayed with three options e.g. Accept Rejec=
t or Cancel. Is there any reason why in the portal it only gives the user=
=20two options, namely Accept and Reject ?=20
 
We are on R/3 version 4.7.
