WorkItem Display - white screen

Hello Troy,
 
We had the same problem this week after applying Support Packages to our
4.6c system. Our users were getting a blue screen ( not the dreaded death
one though) and the solution was to upgrade the SAP client.

Hi,
 
We're using 4.5B and I've noticed that after we moved our new workflow
application to production, several of the users are getting a 'blank' white
screen.  (instead of the active X display)
 
Any suggestions?
