Hi Partha,
The program to use is RSWUWFML2.  It's available as standard in 4.7 and
as a download for 4.6 systems. The config transaction you mention is
relevant to 6.40 and above only.
Look in OSS/service.sap.com using component BC-BMT-WFM-NOT for more OSS
notes explaining how to use it and what it does.

What versions of SAP support the extended notifications functionality?
We are on 4.7 Enterprise with a Basis release of 6.2.  Extended
notifications configuration refers to t-code SWNCONFIG which does not
exist on our system.  Any clarification would be helpful.
