CRM Upgrade and Workflow

In the coming months we will be upgrading from CRM 3.1 to CRM 4.0 and I am =
trying to get an idea of the work involved.
Has anyone experienced are any pitfalls or common problems with workflows w=
hen upgrading from 3.1 to 4.0 ?
