Verification workflow behaves strangely

Hi Rajiv,
 
Seems you are experiencing the blank screen issue (which can come up =
after a Microsoft security patch for Internet explorer).     Please =
check OSS for this as you need a patch for the SAPgui installation.

hi!
 
 After carrying out the " Auto customizing" ,I am starting the
"verification workflow". "Event created" message is received & in
workflow "inbox" a work item "First step in W/F notification" is also
received but when I execute it -I am taken to one screen "Decision step
in workflow" which is strangely "totally" blank (instead of the usual
decision steps-execute immediately or execute in one minute)-why? I am
stuck at the first step itself.
 
 Please guide.
