Manager of user

Rick, Check your org plan.
Check the holder relationship is set up between the position the 168 is finding and the manager's userid.
If it is the rule will return both the position and the userid.
The only reason for it to return a position alone is if that position is vacant - i.e. it is not correctly
linked to the user id.
