How to get a workflow to appear in the list in transaction SW UI ?

Hi Graeme,
 
A workflow is accessible via SWUI, if:
 
You are among the possible agents AND it has no obligatory import parameters
 
                                  OR
 
         A start transaction has been generated via SWUG
