Try transaction WE40. We implemented a similar solution to what you are =
asking about. Since we could not get the users to reprocess IDOC =
errors, it was more appropriate to start a multi-step workflow that =
would determine whether to send a workitem or email based upon the =
partner profile of the IDOC. =20
There was a good exchange around this subject area around the first of =
this year where Phil offered some valuable code in extending the =
IDOCAPPL object. Search on "Idocs error handling agents".
