Archiving Workitems

If they are really unwanted.. I would say: delete logically.

Hello All,,
 
I looked at the WUG archive and I have been unable to find the  Powerpoint
presentation and Screencam on the subject that are supposed to be
available at
service.sap.com/webflow (which is now service.sap.com/workflow) and ASUG
archives. Can someone please let me know if these are still available and
where to
find them?
 
Also what is the correct way to remove unwanted workflows from the system?
Complete Manually or Delete logically?
