WF not restartable after rule failure!

Hi Paul,
Thanks, hope your future contributions are as useful as this one :)
That is spot on, I inserted a dummy background step and it behaved as it
should: I changed the container, hit restart and it ran on.
 
So I guess it's waiting for a patch from OSS... I'll try to remember to post
back any updates.

He discovered later that you cannot restart a workflow in which agent
 
determination fails on the *first* step. This is because no WorkItem
 
is created and therefore no data is held in the database tables.
 
 
I suppose you just need to start a new workflow instance.
