Problem in sending the workitem to external mail system in HTML format

Hi,
 
I think it is because of the type of document that can be sent through
SAPConnect... If I remember correctly, you assign them through SCOT.

I have created a program based on native send mail
program to send workitems to external mail
system(Outlook) in HTML format, it does send the mail,
but as an attachment instead of the body. This is
release 46B. Users would like to see the workitem
content in the mail body, instead of an attachment.
 
Thanks in advance for any suggestions to fix this
problem.
