You should consider using the new notification mechanism RSWUWFML2. See notes 627397, 688712 and
691774 for details of functionality and how to get it. Both notes 688712 and 691774 have PDF help files attached to them for further information.

Hi all,
 
i have a little question,
 
i would like that when a work item be created for a workflow and this one be assigned to respective agent, this workitem be sended to MS Outlook.
 
I try to install the SAP MAPI from CD of installation of SAPGUI 6.20, but i cant find this component.
 
is there another way to integrate SAP and MS Outlook to process a workitem in version of WAS 6.20???
