Workflow triggers

Hi Dmitri,
 
One way to do this is to have a background batch program run every few
minutes that triggers workflow events via function module.  If the table
in questions has change documents available to it, you could do it via
this method also.

Hello,
I have a question concerning workflow triggers.
Is there a way to trigger a workflow at a every new entry in a system
table (in this case BDS_BAR_IN or TOAHR). I know this is foreseen for
the infotypes but is there a way for other tables?
