Files under /usr/sap/SID/SYS/global/WF* files

Thank Eddie!!. Great, I got this report thru my
re-search too.....I wass about to post a message.
 
The logs are related to SAPConnect traces in SCOT. So
i need these logs for last couple of months to tell
documents are delivered or not.
