Hey Kjetil,
sorry i missed to read your hint with infotype 1026.
That works for cancelled business events!

Perhaps you solved this already (holiday season - I have a hard time
catching up).
In our system the following entries can be found in SWEHR2 (HR-CA Event
Linkage)
E Course 1001 Relationships A040 Was cancelled by * CANF
0 PDRELA_040 HR_EVENT_TRAINING_NOTIFICATION
E Course 1001 Relationships A040 Was cancelled by * CANP
0 PDRELA_040 HR_EVENT_TRAINING_NOTIFICATION
E Course 1001 Relationships A040 Was cancelled by * CANW
0 PDRELA_040 HR_EVENT_TRAINING_NOTIFICATION
And the following in SWEHR1 (Allowed Business Object Types per Object
Type/Infotype
E Course 1000 Object PDOTYPE_E Business event
E Course 1001 Relationships A023 Reserves PDRELA_023
Reservation
E Course 1001 Relationships A025 Is attended by PDRELA_025
Attendance
E Course 1001 Relationships A036 Is organized by PDRELA_036
Organizer
E Course 1001 Relationships A040 Was cancelled by PDRELA_040
Cancellation
E Course 1001 Relationships B049 Develops BUS7030
The activity field looks like a good candidate to explore further.
So I assume you would need to have an entry in SWEHR3 with
object type =3D E
infotype =3D 1000
Update op =3D ?
Activity =3D ICAN
and whatever values for the remaining fields
Our solution which handles cancelled events uses infotype 1026 (reads
hrp1026), but we don't use any workflow there.

Hi Robert,
that's not what i mean.
I don't want to cancel an event of an object but a "BUSINESS EVENT" in
Training and Event Management(PE).
In PE i can create and cancel business events.
And in transactions SWEHR1, SWEHR2 and SWEHR3 i can use defined actions =
or
add new actions.
But i don't know what to enter so that i can trigger an event "OF AN =
OBJECT
TYPE" when a business event is cancelled.
I hope you understand me right now!
Regards,
Werner.

Werner,
what do you mean by 'when the event is cancelled'?
An event is raised when the data is committed to the database. The event
CREATED is raised when the object is saved. The creation cannot be
cancelled, the object can be deleted from the database.
Perhaps there is an user-exit or PAI or PBO in the program which creates
the
object. There you can do a check whether or not the cration is =
cancelled.
Then, you could raise your own event (like CANCELLED).
As fas as I know, an event cannot be cancelled. An event is triggerd and
there may be another event which indicates that the creation is =
cancelled.

robert

Onderwerp: Workflow when business event is cancelled
Hi,
we use a workflow when a business event is created (object type:
PDOTYPE_E).
That works fine, but we can't find where to start a workflow when the
business event is cancelled.
Did anybody use this or does anybody have an idea???
Thank in advance!
Werner.
