Random 'Task has not been copied' errors...

Hi all,
When trying to copy a workflow template on our 4.7/6.20 system, I
occasionally get an error 5W336 stating 'Task has not been copied' after
giving it the new name and hitting copy.
 
Try again and it works. If it doesn't, try again until it does. So this i=
s
not really a problem, but annoying partly because of the information
overload in such a technical message.
I've just tried it
 
I'm just very curious if anyone can shed some light....
