There was an OSS note out on this and that is where I found this program.
 
Run program RHSOBJCH.  See OSS note 520488

Hi Everyone,
 
Rel 6.20.
I am trying to perform the WF customization in a new development instance. I
get the following errors in the "Check Entries from HR Control Tables"
activity within the "Maintain Definition Environment" node. The activity
remains
in
Error status. How can I resolve this error? TIA.
