Rick,
Yes you have to put your new tasks in the XML file.

Subject: Workflows and Portals iViews

I need some information.
We are using Portals UWL. We are currently using IE5.5 and the Decision steps
are not working correctly. The IE5.5 errors out and the Approve, Reject, Cancel, etc. buttons
are not working.

We have a test system that has been updated to support IE6.0 SP2 and
the decision tasks via UWL works as expected.

We have been getting around this problem by using a "Slide" to open up a
SAP GUI session and bypassing this UWL issue.

I know there is some config that the Portals team has to do get the right screens called
for the right tasks. Entires in UWLTASKMAPPING.XML. I think.

They have to flag it to call SAPGUI for HTML (default), Easy Web Transactions (for
example the BWWF_WI_DECI for user decisions) or iViews if you use webflow
execution launch handler.

I developed some new WFs that are not in this XML file and when I click on the
link in UWL it pops a SAP GUI session and takes the user directly to the task
(as they would see it if the just logged into SAP GUI bypassing Portals)
I don't know if this is acceptable or opens up other Security issues. And it
certainly is not the preferred way they would like to work.

Anyone have an OSS note on this issue or information concerning this issue?

Thanks
