Check your deadline job scheduling - a requested start is still Deadline
controlled.
 
Also try the Verification Workflow and select 'process in 1 minute'.

Hi All,
 
We are on SAP 4.6c.
 
Has anyone ever experienced problems with the requested start
functionality.  I
have a workitem that is sitting in the waiting status.  The workitem has
not
been resubmitted but the requested start date on it was yesterday and the
user
never got it in their inbox.
