SWWWIHEAD Deadlocks

Hi All,
 
We are on version SAP 4.6c.  I know there are OSS notes out there for =
the
deadlock issue on the SWWWIHEAD table.  We have had to have implemented =
about 3
or 4 if my memory serves me correctly - some of them may have been =
deadlocks on
other tables..  But our BASIS team continues to send me info where they =
have
detected that another deadlock is occurring.  Are any of your guys =
experiencing
this??  What causes the deadlocks on this workflow table??  Is there =
anyone out
there that has a deadlock free system as far as workflow is concerned.
 
I would like to hear from any of you out there that has dealt with this =
issue
before in the  past.
