Display additional columns in Universal Worklist

Hi all,
 
We implemented Portal 6.0 and UWL. By default there are only few fields
(not all fields in standard SBWP) are displayed in the UWL. On top of
that we few Dynamic columns that we use. How do I configure to display
all these fields in UWL?
 
Any help would be highly appreciated.
