Get Manager of initiator

Look at the demo notification of absence workflow, which uses the rule belo=
w to obtain the employee's manager (the workflow is started by filling out =
the absence form with transaction SWXF found in Tools -> Business Workflow =
-> Development -> Environment). Of course, the workflow system must be set=
up first. There's also a tutorial on the service marketplace (not sure wh=
at the current website is ... it changes a lot) that walks through the crea=
tion of this workflow. It's very good.

Subject: Get Manager of initiator

Hi Can someone please tell me how to take a user ( Initiator of workflow)
and get the manager of that individual. I am trying to use org management
which has positions with all of the possible initiators and one manager for
each org unit. Please help.

Thanks,
Jim
