John,
The BAPI call does not do much else then run the BINARY_RELATION_CREATE =
FM, but do not know if that is available in 46b (think so as it is in =
SAP since 1998). Note that if you are not familiar with this kind of =
manipulation of objects in SAP I would not advise you to try to pull =
this off.
I would try to attach it to one of my existing methods (eg where you =
actually create the text) to limit the size of your workflow, but if no =
other option yes, it will be a new method and task.
Regards,
Jeroen

Hi John,
Done similar stuff using the BAPI_REL_CREATERELATION function module to
generate the linkage. Should work.
You probably first have to store the text in an office folder before
attaching it to the related object, though.

Jeroen

Subject: workflow attachment
Hi all
I am trying to find a way of linking any attachments created during the
process of a workflow, to the actual business object. So that after the
workflow has finished, by going into to display the business object and
then System>Links, the text attachments created in the workflow could be
seen. Has anyone done something similar?
Many Thanks
John
