Strange behaviour of Decision task

Hi
 
Could anyone help with the following. A workflow that was working ok, now
when a decision task is received, from within the Business Workplace the
lower right hand side of the screen that showed a preview and text of the
decision task, just shows a blank screen. When the workitem is executed a
blank screen opens, displaying nothing.
