Terminating a user decision task

Go as per the following.
1) Use the (2 X 1) Fork.
2) Define "Wait for event" - step at one of the part of the fork.
3) Define "Decision" - step at another part of the fork.
4) necessory-outcome should ends at "end of workflow" step.
 
This will work perfectly. I have done the similar exercise few days ago.

User decision tasks (TS that is specified in the step) use object DECISION,
method PROCESS. Because this is a
synchronous method no terminating event is used to end the task. Tasks with
synchronous object methods always
end by giving control back to the workflow.
