Workflow triggered by User Status

We've just applied ABAP, BASIS and Appl (44), HR (70-73) support packs =
to our DEV and QA 4.6C environments.  Now the workflows that we trigger =
by user status set on the network in PS are no longer working.  Checking =
in SWEL, the event is not raised at all.  When I manually raise the =
event, the workflows start OK.  Other workflows are fine;  just the =
status management ones are not.  Has anyone experienced this?
