Set up standard SAP workflows

Hi,
 
I have to setup/demonstrate some standard SAP workflows. What is the
best way to set these up (until now I only developed custom workflows).
Is it sufficient to set up the event linkage, assign possible agents to
the tasks and if needed use tx SWDD_CONFIG 'Workflow configuration' for
additional settings?
