Authorization for workplace

When you delete transaction SBWP from the user's authorization role than they don't have access to the business
workflace. A possibility is that this transaction currently is in a role that also includes other transactions,
so in that case that role should be divided into 2 roles (one containing SBWP and one that contains the other
transactions).
